At ColorsBridesmaid.com, we have been always doing our best to meet your exact style, size, color and budget. We believe that all women deserve a gorgeous dress made just for you. Keep in mind, once there'll be something you're not satisfied with and you'd like to return an item, we are always here to help. You are appreciated if you contact us or email service@colorsbridesmaid.com directly within 3 business days of your receipt of the items.

We understand the color mismatch as colors on your computer screen can differ to how they appear in person or the size you ordered does not fit sometimes. So, we advise that you order our swatches to ensure all color choices and be careful to select your size by referring to our size chart.

For any damaged, defective, or mis-shipped items, we will issue a full refund including shipping.

For any returns, make sure they are in their original condition - unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair.

FOR ALL STANDARD SIZE ORDERS AND ACCESSORIES:

For whatever reason you're not satisfied with your standard size order, we will give you a full refund on the cost of the returned product. What you have to do it to make sure they are in their original condition - unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair. We cannot process the return of any items that do not adhere to this return policy. Normally, shipping and any rush fees will not be refunded. And you'll be responsible for all return shipping costs.

FOR ALL CUSTOM SIZE ORDERS:

We offer custom sizing for FREE! They are made specifically to your measurements, which will give you a better fit and help a lot to reduce potential alterations. Because of the nature of different materials, a measurement tolerance of 1inch/2.54cm is allowed for both standard size dresses and custom size dresses. Our tailors have also made all dresses with additional fabric in the seams to allow minor size modifications to be made easily. If your customized dress measurement differences are more than 1inch/2.54cm,please contact our customer service team for help. But, please note that if you yourself give us the wrong measurements, the return request will not be accepted. So make sure you triple check all your measurements.

In case that you need local additional alterations of the customized dress for your ideal fit, we offer a limited alterations reimbursement up to 40% of the price of the dress, just send email to service@colorsbridesmaid.com attached a picture of your receipt from the tailor and we'll do the rest!

EXCHANGE POLICY

Our dresses are made to order, so we do not have ready-made dresses that can be shipped in exchange for your returned items. So if you'd like to exchange for a different size, style or color, the exchange are subject to the current turnaround times, allowing for the order processing time and shipping time. Also, you need to pay for the cost of shipping back and forth. For more help, please contact service@colorsbridesmaid.com!

HOW TO RETURN

Within 3 business days of your receipt of the items, contact us at service@colorsbridesmaid.com attached with your order number and the problems with pictures. Please note that you don't need to ship the dress back within 3 business days.

Once your return request is approved, please ship the item back within 7 business days to the directed address given by the customer service team and send an email to service@colorsbridesmaid.com included the courier firm you used and the tracking no. of the parcel. Note that you need to pay the shipping cost for the return.

After we receive the item, the return will be processed in 3 to 5 business days. Once your return is confirmed and inspected, please allow up to 3 business days for it to be refunded to your account. Note that we Will Not Refund You the Money for Shipping as the actual shipping cost is charged by courier firm.

Returns will not be accepted without prior approval from our customer service team. Please contact us first and ship the dress out after your return request has been approved.

Return applications are excluded if the items are hampered or prevented by unexpected political or economic events or generally by force majeure such as earthquakes, hurricanes, floods and volcanoes and so on.
