Was so impressed with service, was a little nervous ordering online as I have never bought any clothes online. The dress arrived, well packaged to my door within 3 weeks. It is made to a very high standard, better than many dresses I have seen in the shops. We ordered one of the regular sizes, nearest to the size of bridesmaid who wll wear it. As expected it is slightly too big for her but looks like it won't be difficult for dressmaker to make the necessary adjustments. My husband helped me choose this dress, he like it very much. This dress was nearly faultless. I sized to order to avoid alterations, and it fit like a glove, even the length was perfect. The lining made the dress feel really good quality.The colour was a little brighter than what was shown online, however this doesn't really matter. This was the first dress I ordered online. It was stunning in burgundy.With boning and built-in bra, it gives your mid section very nice support. I emailed them and they promptly replied saying that the lace on the style I bought out of stock atm, they actually have sent me many emails for this issue. I rarely check my emails my bad... I do not like any other lace style they offered so they gave me the option for full refund. I got full refund for my order within 1 week. Even though i did not got dresses from them but i am very satisfied with their honesty customer service.I will definitely be back to order again in future.
