We understand the color mismatch as colors on your computer screen can differ to how they appear in person or the size you ordered does not fit sometimes. So, we advise that you order our swatches to ensure all color choices and be careful to select your size by referring to our size chart.

For any damaged, defective, or mis-shipped items, we will issue a full refund including shipping.

For any returns, make sure they are in their original condition - unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair.

FOR ALL STANDARD SIZE ORDERS AND ACCESSORIES:

For whatever reason you're not satisfied with your standard size order, we will give you a full refund on the cost of the returned product. What you have to do it to make sure they are in their original condition - unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair. We cannot process the return of any items that do not adhere to this return policy. Normally, shipping and any rush fees will not be refunded. And you'll be responsible for all return shipping costs.

FOR ALL CUSTOM SIZE ORDERS:

We offer custom sizing for FREE! They are made specifically to your measurements, which will give you a better fit and help a lot to reduce potential alterations. Because of the nature of different materials, a measurement tolerance of 1inch/2.54cm is allowed for both standard size dresses and custom size dresses. Our tailors have also made all dresses with additional fabric in the seams to allow minor size modifications to be made easily. If your customized dress measurement differences are more than 1inch/2.54cm,please contact our customer service team for help. But, please note that if you yourself give us the wrong measurements, the return request will not be accepted. So make sure you triple check all your measurements.

In case that you need local additional alterations of the customized dress for your ideal fit, we offer a limited alterations reimbursement up to 40% of the price of the dress, just send email to service@colorsbridesmaid.com attached a picture of your receipt from the tailor and we'll do the rest!

EXCHANGE POLICY

Our dresses are made to order, so we do not have ready-made dresses that can be shipped in exchange for your returned items. So if you'd like to exchange for a different size, style or color, the exchange are subject to the current turnaround times, allowing for the order processing time and shipping time. Also, you need to pay for the cost of shipping back and forth. For more help, please contact service@colorsbridesmaid.com!

HOW TO RETURN

Within 3 business days of your receipt of the items, contact us at service@colorsbridesmaid.com attached with your order number and the problems with pictures. Please note that you don't need to ship the dress back within 3 business days.

Once your return request is approved, please ship the item back within 7 business days to the directed address given by the customer service team and send an email to service@colorsbridesmaid.com included the courier firm you used and the tracking no. of the parcel. Note that you need to pay the shipping cost for the return.

After we receive the item, the return will be processed in 3 to 5 business days. Once your return is confirmed and inspected, please allow up to 3 business days for it to be refunded to your account. Note that we Will Not Refund You the Money for Shipping as the actual shipping cost is charged by courier firm.

Returns will not be accepted without prior approval from our customer service team. Please contact us first and ship the dress out after your return request has been approved.

Return applications are excluded if the items are hampered or prevented by unexpected political or economic events or generally by force majeure such as earthquakes, hurricanes, floods and volcanoes and so on.

3. Can I see the dress in other colors?

By clicking a color block, pictures of dresses in corresponding colors will be displayed. Hence, you will be able to view different color dresses very easily.

Due to not all our colors are listed, if the color you want is not available in the menu, please feel free to contact us and tell what color you like for the dress. It would be better for you to provide a color sample so we will see if it will work out.

4. How do I place my order in this website?

2) Search or browse products, and add your favorite items to your shopping cart.

You can select the color you want by clicking the color block. Once you do so, the dress in the picture would change into the color you chose. Due to not all our colors are listed, if the color you want is not available in the menu, please feel free to contact us and tell what color you like for the dress. It would be better for you to provide a color sample so we will see if it will work out.

Standard Size

You could choose any standard size from the size drop-down menu, and specific measurements of this size dresses will be displayed in the area below.

Custom Size

We suggest you choose custom size because not everyone fits standard size dresses. All we need is your accurate measurements to make a dress only for you. You could choose custom size from the size drop-down menu or tick the box beside it. After you choose custom size, a window will pop up for you to select your bust, waist, hips, height, hollow to floor and heels height measurements. 5. Will I be able to alter my dress if I receive it and it doesn’t fit exactly right?

Yes. If your size fluctuates or you want to modify the dress slightly, we always leave a few inches in the seams so that your local tailor can easily make alterations as needed. Dresses generally have a margin of 1 inch on either side of a seam. Flower detailing, beading or belts/ribbons may limit ability to let a dress out.

6. If I want to wear high heels with the dress, should I add the length of my heel to my hollow to the floor measurement?

No, there is no need to add the length of the heel to your "Hollow to Floor" measurement. "Hollow to Floor" and "Height" measurements are both measured barefoot. The height of heels need to be provided separately.

7. Will my dress exactly match the color I see on your website?

When we take the picture of dresses, we will try our best to offer their exact colors to our customer.

There might be a slight difference between the actual dress's color and what you see in the photo depending on your computer monitor's display settings.

I had my dress made in hunter green. The color is exactly same as pictures, a very nice dark green color which is what I want. It is a gorgeous dress, flattering and fit perfectly (I gave them my measurements so it fits like a glove)The stitching and workmanship all fabulous. I love the special design on back. They gave great help on how to tie the back after I got my dress:)
My only suggestion for colorsbridesmaids is it would be great if they can ship dress with a box not shipping bag...Dress came with so many wrinkles..

The dress came to me in 2 weeks after order made - custom sized. I love the fit, pretty good just like glove and the quality is fantastic. The only little thing that disappointed me was the true color a bit darker than pictures shown online...My suggestion is better to order swatches for checking first if you care colors a lot... Anyway, I was very happy with the dress, still a nice color, a flattering style.

I actually have seen some bad reviews about this site. But I really love this style and its amazing price. So I sent my order to them. To be honest,I was really worried about the quality and fit. But it turns out that I made right decison to give them my order!!! It was made exactly the size I chose and the quality is very very great. The fit also very good. But I did get a issue on how to tie the back....I sent them an email about my trouble, they replied me fastly and showed me some pictures to teach me how to tie. Wow, really wonderful service!!! The only thing I do not really like is the shipping time is a bit long. I got my dress almost in 20 days... Other than that,everything perfect!!! But I still would be back again for their crazy prices and fantactic dresses lol
