We understand the color mismatch as colors on your computer screen can differ to how they appear in person or the size you ordered does not fit sometimes. So, we advise that you order our swatches to ensure all color choices and be careful to select your size by referring to our size chart.

For any damaged, defective, or mis-shipped items, we will issue a full refund including shipping.

For any returns, make sure they are in their original condition - unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair.

FOR ALL STANDARD SIZE ORDERS AND ACCESSORIES:

For whatever reason you're not satisfied with your standard size order, we will give you a full refund on the cost of the returned product. What you have to do it to make sure they are in their original condition - unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair. We cannot process the return of any items that do not adhere to this return policy. Normally, shipping and any rush fees will not be refunded. And you'll be responsible for all return shipping costs.

FOR ALL CUSTOM SIZE ORDERS:

We offer custom sizing for FREE! They are made specifically to your measurements, which will give you a better fit and help a lot to reduce potential alterations. Because of the nature of different materials, a measurement tolerance of 1inch/2.54cm is allowed for both standard size dresses and custom size dresses. Our tailors have also made all dresses with additional fabric in the seams to allow minor size modifications to be made easily. If your customized dress measurement differences are more than 1inch/2.54cm,please contact our customer service team for help. But, please note that if you yourself give us the wrong measurements, the return request will not be accepted. So make sure you triple check all your measurements.

In case that you need local additional alterations of the customized dress for your ideal fit, we offer a limited alterations reimbursement up to 40% of the price of the dress, just send email to service@colorsbridesmaid.com attached a picture of your receipt from the tailor and we'll do the rest!

EXCHANGE POLICY

Our dresses are made to order, so we do not have ready-made dresses that can be shipped in exchange for your returned items. So if you'd like to exchange for a different size, style or color, the exchange are subject to the current turnaround times, allowing for the order processing time and shipping time. Also, you need to pay for the cost of shipping back and forth. For more help, please contact service@colorsbridesmaid.com!

HOW TO RETURN

Within 3 business days of your receipt of the items, contact us at service@colorsbridesmaid.com attached with your order number and the problems with pictures. Please note that you don't need to ship the dress back within 3 business days.

Once your return request is approved, please ship the item back within 7 business days to the directed address given by the customer service team and send an email to service@colorsbridesmaid.com included the courier firm you used and the tracking no. of the parcel. Note that you need to pay the shipping cost for the return.

After we receive the item, the return will be processed in 3 to 5 business days. Once your return is confirmed and inspected, please allow up to 3 business days for it to be refunded to your account. Note that we Will Not Refund You the Money for Shipping as the actual shipping cost is charged by courier firm.

Returns will not be accepted without prior approval from our customer service team. Please contact us first and ship the dress out after your return request has been approved.

Return applications are excluded if the items are hampered or prevented by unexpected political or economic events or generally by force majeure such as earthquakes, hurricanes, floods and volcanoes and so on.

Yes, all our business is done online and we do not operate any retail bridal store.

So far, Colorsbridesmaid.com does not have any stores or sales offices. However, we carry out the strategy of cutting cost to pass on to our customers. So you can buy your favorite dresses at the unbeatable price.

3. Can I see the dress in other colors?

By clicking a color block, pictures of dresses in corresponding colors will be displayed. Hence, you will be able to view different color dresses very easily.

Due to not all our colors are listed, if the color you want is not available in the menu, please feel free to contact us and tell what color you like for the dress. It would be better for you to provide a color sample so we will see if it will work out.

4. How do I place my order in this website?

You can find the button "Sign In or Register" on the right top corner of any page, just click the button to sign in or register. You can also sign in or register later when you are ready to checkout.

2) Search or browse products, and add your favorite items to your shopping cart.

You can select the color you want by clicking the color block. Once you do so, the dress in the picture would change into the color you chose. Due to not all our colors are listed, if the color you want is not available in the menu, please feel free to contact us and tell what color you like for the dress. It would be better for you to provide a color sample so we will see if it will work out.

*Choose Size

Standard Size

You could choose any standard size from the size drop-down menu, and specific measurements of this size dresses will be displayed in the area below.

Custom Size

We suggest you choose custom size because not everyone fits standard size dresses. All we need is your accurate measurements to make a dress only for you. You could choose custom size from the size drop-down menu or tick the box beside it. After you choose custom size, a window will pop up for you to select your bust, waist, hips, height, hollow to floor and heels height measurements. 5. Will I be able to alter my dress if I receive it and it doesn’t fit exactly right?

Yes. If your size fluctuates or you want to modify the dress slightly, we always leave a few inches in the seams so that your local tailor can easily make alterations as needed. Dresses generally have a margin of 1 inch on either side of a seam. Flower detailing, beading or belts/ribbons may limit ability to let a dress out.

6. If I want to wear high heels with the dress, should I add the length of my heel to my hollow to the floor measurement?

No, there is no need to add the length of the heel to your "Hollow to Floor" measurement. "Hollow to Floor" and "Height" measurements are both measured barefoot. The height of heels need to be provided separately.

7. Will my dress exactly match the color I see on your website?

When we take the picture of dresses, we will try our best to offer their exact colors to our customer.

There might be a slight difference between the actual dress's color and what you see in the photo depending on your computer monitor's display settings.

Hi, got my dress, it was nicely made but a bit small though I ordered 2 sizes up. I shoulder get it custom sized...wedding is several months later, I will lose some weight to get it work...the dress itselt is cheap, but the shipping costs is high and I paid duties as I live in UK.. So the final total money for this dress not cheap at all...But I love the style, color and dress quality, so still worth it.

This dress is much pretty than I expected.It arrived exactly 2 weeks after the online order wich I found amazing ! The dress itself is very elegant and very good quality, just a tiny bit tight at the chest area but not so much it makes me feel uncomfortable.I had to altered it with pay extra fee. I advice is order one size bigger than you usually wear.But again, the dress is well worth it and I also would definetly order again and will tell my friends about this wonderful site.

This dress was the second one I bought from colorsbridesmaid but I got it in wrong color鈥fter I contacted them for this, they replied promptly and agreed to exchange for me freely and refund me the money I would spend for shipping the dress back to them. I've had a great experience with shopping in colorsbridesmaid so far. The service center is so efficient, fast repliers, they answer any question you have in time. The only little thing they should improve would be the "if in stock"notification on the site, that will do much help to customer that is in uegent need of a dress. This dress is simply stunning. I ordered 3 of these dresses in champagne for my bridesmaids and I am very satisfied with them! I paid custom sized, the fit were perfect. Dresses are lined and boned. It also has in-built bra. So the dresses have a beautiful shape. The zippers are strong and easy to zip up and down. Eerything is perfect!!! My bridesmaids look beautiful and charming.
