I was able to have the dress customized according to my measurements. However, the dress is a bit long, I will need to have it hemmed, which is no biggie. I was also able to add straps and a sweep at no additional cost. I ordered a wrap for an additional small fee. I am a plus size woman and the dress is very slimming with the ribbon around the waist.
