We understand the color mismatch as colors on your computer screen can differ to how they appear in person or the size you ordered does not fit sometimes. So, we advise that you order our swatches to ensure all color choices and be careful to select your size by referring to our size chart.

For any damaged, defective, or mis-shipped items, we will issue a full refund including shipping.

For any returns, make sure they are in their original condition - unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair.

FOR ALL STANDARD SIZE ORDERS AND ACCESSORIES:

For whatever reason you're not satisfied with your standard size order, we will give you a full refund on the cost of the returned product. What you have to do it to make sure they are in their original condition - unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair. We cannot process the return of any items that do not adhere to this return policy. Normally, shipping and any rush fees will not be refunded. And you'll be responsible for all return shipping costs.

FOR ALL CUSTOM SIZE ORDERS:

We offer custom sizing for FREE! They are made specifically to your measurements, which will give you a better fit and help a lot to reduce potential alterations. Because of the nature of different materials, a measurement tolerance of 1inch/2.54cm is allowed for both standard size dresses and custom size dresses. Our tailors have also made all dresses with additional fabric in the seams to allow minor size modifications to be made easily. If your customized dress measurement differences are more than 1inch/2.54cm,please contact our customer service team for help. But, please note that if you yourself give us the wrong measurements, the return request will not be accepted. So make sure you triple check all your measurements.

In case that you need local additional alterations of the customized dress for your ideal fit, we offer a limited alterations reimbursement up to 40% of the price of the dress, just send email to service@colorsbridesmaid.com attached a picture of your receipt from the tailor and we'll do the rest!

EXCHANGE POLICY

Our dresses are made to order, so we do not have ready-made dresses that can be shipped in exchange for your returned items. So if you'd like to exchange for a different size, style or color, the exchange are subject to the current turnaround times, allowing for the order processing time and shipping time. Also, you need to pay for the cost of shipping back and forth. For more help, please contact service@colorsbridesmaid.com!

HOW TO RETURN

Within 3 business days of your receipt of the items, contact us at service@colorsbridesmaid.com attached with your order number and the problems with pictures. Please note that you don't need to ship the dress back within 3 business days.

Once your return request is approved, please ship the item back within 7 business days to the directed address given by the customer service team and send an email to service@colorsbridesmaid.com included the courier firm you used and the tracking no. of the parcel. Note that you need to pay the shipping cost for the return.

After we receive the item, the return will be processed in 3 to 5 business days. Once your return is confirmed and inspected, please allow up to 3 business days for it to be refunded to your account. Note that we Will Not Refund You the Money for Shipping as the actual shipping cost is charged by courier firm.

Returns will not be accepted without prior approval from our customer service team. Please contact us first and ship the dress out after your return request has been approved.

Return applications are excluded if the items are hampered or prevented by unexpected political or economic events or generally by force majeure such as earthquakes, hurricanes, floods and volcanoes and so on.

5. Will I be able to alter my dress if I receive it and it doesn’t fit exactly right?

Yes. If your size fluctuates or you want to modify the dress slightly, we always leave a few inches in the seams so that your local tailor can easily make alterations as needed. Dresses generally have a margin of 1 inch on either side of a seam. Flower detailing, beading or belts/ribbons may limit ability to let a dress out.

6. If I want to wear high heels with the dress, should I add the length of my heel to my hollow to the floor measurement?

No, there is no need to add the length of the heel to your "Hollow to Floor" measurement. "Hollow to Floor" and "Height" measurements are both measured barefoot. The height of heels need to be provided separately.

7. Will my dress exactly match the color I see on your website?

When we take the picture of dresses, we will try our best to offer their exact colors to our customer.

There might be a slight difference between the actual dress's color and what you see in the photo depending on your computer monitor's display settings.

I originally ordered this dress in a size 6, but it was too small when I put it on...I contacted customer service about my problem, they responed and offered me solutions quickly. Amazing dresses! I am overwhelmed by the quality at such a fabulous price :) I ordered these dresses for my bridesmaids in daffodil and the colour is just how its shown on screen! The flower on waist is really beautiful. The satin fabric is very smooth and feels very comfortable. Dress is in great quality. Thank you for the free custom size service your provided for us. Love this dress. It looks charming and enchanting and wears comfy. I like the look and the feeling of the dress on me. It could not be better. The built-in bra is a good design, keeping everything in place. The dress is fully lined, making the dress not seen-through. The flower at waist is fairly nice and they made it attachable for me, very convenient to add or remove it. I like their attitude towards each detail.

I ordered this dress for my best friend's wedding. When I received it, I was amazed at how it looked. Then when I went to try it on, It is not disappointed me. It looked so amazing and stunning on me. The material is stiff enough to hold its shape, and yet comfortable to wear. I appreciate it high quality of fabric and stitching.
